bayhaqi:19335 – [Chain 1] Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ And ʾAbū Saʿīd b. Abū ʿAmr > Abū al-ʿAbbās Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb > Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-Jabbār > Abū Muʿāwiyah > Hishām [Chain 2] from my father

[Machine] "O Messenger of Allah, why don't you give me a personal nickname like you do with all your other wives?" He replied, "Yes, you will be known as the mother of Abdullah." This statement was reported by Abu Usama, followed by Hammad ibn Salama and Muslim ibn Qa'nab, from Hisham."  

البيهقي:١٩٣٣٥ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ مِنْ أَصْلِ سَمَاعِهِ وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَامِيُّ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ

يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَلَا تُكَنِّينِي فَكُلُّ نِسَائِكَ لَهَا كُنْيَةٌ؟ فَقَالَ بَلَى اكْتَنِي بِابْنِكِ عَبْدِ اللهِ فَكَانَتْ تُكَنَّى أُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ تَابَعَهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَمَسْلَمَةُ بْنُ قَعْنَبٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ
