البيهقي:١٨٩٢٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ الصُّوفِيُّ ح وَأنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ حَدَّثَنِي الصُّوفِيُّ يَعْنِي أَحْمَدَ بْنَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْيَشْكُرِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ نُهِينَا عَنْ صَيْدِ كَلْبِ الْمَجُوسِيِّ وَطَائِرِهِ ورَوَاهُ أَيْضًا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّ الْحَجَّاجَ بْنَ أَرْطَاةَ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَرَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ وَأَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْيَشْكُرِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ نَهَى

عَنْ ذَبِيحَةِ الْمَجُوسِيِّ وَصَيْدِ كَلْبِهِ وَطَائِرِهِ فِي هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مَنْ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
