البيهقي:١٨٧٦٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنبأ ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ عَلَى أِيِّ وَجْهٍ أَخَذَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ مِنَ النَّبَطِ الْعُشْرَ؟ فَقَالَ

كَانَ ذَلِكَ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُمْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَأَلْزَمَهُمْ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ
