[Machine] "To be distributed, it is his, and when arrows are shot at it, he does not have anything." Qatadah said: "Ali ibn Abi Talib said it is for the Muslims, whether it is divided or not divided. This is a suspended matter that Umar did not have knowledge of." Qatadah narrated from Ali: "It is suspended."  

البيهقي:١٨٢٥٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ فِيمَا أَحْرَزَهُ الْمُشْرِكُونَ مَا أَصَابَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَعَرَفَهُ صَاحِبُهُ قَالَ إِنْ أَدْرَكَهُ قَبْلَ

أَنْ يُقْسَمَ فَهُوَ لَهُ وَإِذَا جَرَتْ فِيهِ السِّهَامُ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ قَالَ وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ هُوَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ اقْتُسِمَ أَوْ لَمْ يُقْتَسَمْ هَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ قَبِيصَةُ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عُمَرَ ؓ وَقَتَادَةُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ مُنْقَطِعٌ
