[Machine] A man from India came to a Muslim with safety, then another man from Muslims killed him. Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz sent his blood money to his heirs. It was narrated in the hadith of the family members.  

البيهقي:١٨١٧١أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْهِنْدِ قَدِمَ بِأَمَانِ عَبْدٍ ثُمَّ قَتَلَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ قَالَ فَبَعَثَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بِدِيَتِهِ إِلَى وَرَثَتِهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِي حَدِيثِ أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ
