البيهقي:١٧٦١٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ الدُّورِيُّ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ ؓ قَالَ

اشْفَعُوا فِي الْحُدُودِ مَا لَمْ تَبْلُغِ السُّلْطَانَ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتِ السُّلْطَانَ فَلَا تَشْفَعُوا
