[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , "Every intoxicant is wine, and every wine is prohibited."  

البيهقي:١٧٣٧٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ بِهَا أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ يَحْيَى
