[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, it is narrated that a slave from the distribution of Khums (one-fifth tax) stole from the Khums but it was not cut off. He said, "The wealth of Allah is interconnected, one part is connected to another." This narration has been narrated in a connected chain of narration that includes a weak narrator.  

البيهقي:١٧٣٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو يُوسُفَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَعْضُ أَشْيَاخِنَا عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ عَبْدًا مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْخُمُسِ سَرَقَ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْهُ وَقَالَ مَالُ اللهِ بَعْضُهُ فِي بَعْضٍ قَدْ رُوِيَ مَوْصُولًا بِإِسْنَادٍ فِيهِ ضَعْفٌ

[Machine] A slave from the fifth of the spoils stole from the spoils, so he was brought to the Prophet ﷺ and he did not cut his hand. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allah's wealth has stolen some of its wealth and this is a weak chain of narrators. And it has been narrated from another source that Maymun ibn Mihran narrated from the Prophet ﷺ as a continuation, and we have narrated from Ali ibn Abi Talib that a man stole a shield from the spoils and he did not cut his hand."
