[Machine] The statement of the Sheikh, may Allah have mercy on him, is that the son of the mother of a slave, meaning Ibn Mas'ood, does not know what happened after him. This is evidence of abrogation and contradicts what was previously ruled.  

البيهقي:١٧٠٧٩ – وَعَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ قَالَ لَوْ أَتَيْتُ بِهِ لَرَجَمْتُهُ قَالَ الْعَدَنِيُّ يَعْنِي رَجُلًا وَقَعَ عَلَى جَارِيَةِ امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ

الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ قَوْلُهُ إِنَّ ابْنَ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ لَا يَدْرِي مَا حَدَثَ بَعْدَهُ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى نَسْخٍ وَرَدٍّ عَلَى مَا أَفْتَى بِهِ
