"عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ رَبَاحٍ: أَنَّ عَلِيّا قَالَ: لَا تَقُولُوا كَفَرَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ، وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا: فَسَقُوا وظَلَمُوا".
