الأشعرى أنه لَمْ يَزلْ لِلَّناسِ وجوهٌ يرفعون حوَايج الناس، فأكرم وجوهَ الناس فَبِحَسْبِ المسلم الضعيفِ من العدل أَنْ يُنْصَفَ في الحُكْمِ وَالْقِسْمَةِ".
