[Machine] I was sitting with Hudhayfa when a man passed by and they said, "This man spreads gossip to the authorities." Hudhayfa said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'A gossiper will not enter Paradise.'" Al-A'mash said, "And the gossiper is the slanderer."  

البيهقي:١٦٦٧٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُؤَمَّلِ الْمَاسَرْجَسِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ أَنْبَأَ يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ قَالَ

كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ حُذَيْفَةَ فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ فَقَالُوا هَذَا يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ وَالْقَتَّاتُ النَّمَّامُ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ وَأَخْرَجَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ حُذَيْفَةَ ؓ فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ فَقَالُوا هَذَا يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ ؓ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ
