مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي الْقَسَامَةِ أَنْ يُحَلِّفَ خَمْسِينَ رَجُلًا خَمْسِينَ يَمِينًا فَإِنْ نَكَلَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمْ لَمْ يُعْطَوَا الدَّمَ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ
