[Machine] To have fifty men swear fifty oaths, and if one of them breaks their oath, they will not be given blood, and this is final.  

البيهقي:١٦٤٤٤ – كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الرَّزَّازُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنِي عَقِيلٌ وَقُرَّةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي الْقَسَامَةِ

أَنْ يُحَلِّفَ خَمْسِينَ رَجُلًا خَمْسِينَ يَمِينًا فَإِنْ نَكَلَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمْ لَمْ يُعْطَوَا الدَّمَ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ
