[Machine] He heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying that the Prophet ﷺ wrote on every belly that their minds should be guarded. Then he wrote that it is not permissible for a Muslim's servant to succeed him without his permission. Then I was informed that anyone who does that is cursed in a document.

البيهقي:١٦٣٨٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ كَتَبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى كُلِّ بَطْنٍ عُقُولُهُ ثُمَّ كَتَبَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَحِلُّ أَنْ يَتَوَالَى مَوْلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ ثُمَّ أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّهُ لَعَنَ فِي صَحِيفَةٍ مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ وَلَا دِيوَانَ حَتَّى كَانَ الدِّيوَانُ حِينَ كَثُرَ الْمَالُ فِي زَمَانِ عُمَرَ ؓ

" عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله قال: مَنْ يُوَالِى مَوْلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنه، أَوْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا فَعَلَيْهِ غَضَبُ الله، لاَ يَقْبَلُ الله مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلاَ عَدْلًا، وَقَالَ: كَتَبَ النَّبِىُّ - ؓ - عَلَى كُل بَطْنٍ عُقُولَهُ، ثُمَّ كَتَبَ: إنَّهُ لاَ يَحِلُّ أَنْ يُتَوَلَّى مَوْلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ، وَلُعِنَ فِى صَحِيفَتِهِ مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ ".
