[Machine] Whoever has a covenant or treaty, his ransom shall be the ransom of the Muslim. This is non-negotiable and non-transferable.  

البيهقي:١٦٣٥٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ قَالَ

مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ عَهْدٌ أَوْ ذِمَّةٌ فَدِيَتُهُ دِيَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ هَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَمَوْقُوفٌ
