[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote to the people of Yemen in a letter that included the stipulation of paying the diya (blood money).  

البيهقي:١٦٢٤٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ قَالَا أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ بِكِتَابٍ فِيهِ وَفِي الشَّفَتَيْنِ الدِّيَةُ
