[Machine] Abu Bakr settled the dispute between the two parties with a hundred camels as blood money. It has been narrated to us that Al-Sha'bi said about the two parties: the blood money is half in each one.  

البيهقي:١٦٢٤٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفِهْرِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَسْلَمَ يَقُولُ مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي أَشْيَاءَ مِنَ الْإِنْسَانِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ فِيهِ وَفِي الشَّفَتَيْنِ الدِّيَةُ وَرَوَى عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ

قَضَى أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فِي الشَّفَتَيْنِ بِالدِّيَةِ مِائَةٍ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَرُوِّينَا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الشَّفَتَيْنِ الدِّيَةُ وَفِي كُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا النِّصْفُ
