[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ decided in the matter of the blood money, one hundred camels for the owners of camels, two hundred cows for the owners of cows, two thousand sheep for the owners of sheep, two hundred garments for the owners of jewelry, and something for the owners of wheat that Muhammad did not mention. And it was narrated to us by Abu Ali from Abu Bakr, who narrated from Abu Dawud, who said: I read it from Sa'id ibn Ya'qub al-Talaqani, who narrated from Abu Tumayla, who narrated from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Ata' reported from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made it obligatory and mentioned a similar hadith to that of Moses, and he said: 'For the owners of food, I do not preserve anything like this.'"  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي الدِّيَةِ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْإِبِلِ مِائَةً مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْبَقَرِ مِائَتَيْ بَقَرَةٍ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الشَّاءِ أَلْفَيْ شَاةٍ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْحُلَلِ مِائَتَيْ حُلَّةٍ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْقَمْحِ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَحْفَظْهُ مُحَمَّدٌ 16176 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ الطَّالَقَانِيِّ ثنا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ ذَكَرَ عَطَاءٌ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ مُوسَى فَقَالَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الطَّعَامِ شَيْئًا لَا أَحْفَظُ كَذَا
