[Machine] Some people from the Banu Tha'laba bin Yarbua came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and they had caused harm to a companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . A man said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "O Messenger of Allah, the Banu Tha'laba bin Yarbua killed so-and-so." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "One soul should not be harmed because of another." Shu'ba narrated this from a man from the Banu Tha'laba, and Ath-Thawri narrated it from Tha'laba bin Zahdam.

some people from Banu Tha'labah killed a man from among the companions of the Messenger of Allah. A man from among the companions of the Messenger of the Allah said: "O Messenger of Allah, these are Banu Tha'labah who killed so and so." The Messenger said: "No soul is affected by the sin of another." Shu'bah (one of the narrators) said: "That means: No soul is responsible for the sin of anothe4r, and Allah knows best."

"عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ زَهْدَم الْحَنْظَلِيِّ قَالَ: جَاءَ نَاسٌ مِنْ بَنِى ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ يَرْبُوعٍ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ: يَا رَسُولَ الله هَؤُلاَء بَنُو ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ يَرْبُوعٍ أَصَابُوا فُلاَنًا فِى الْجَاهِليَّةِ، فَهتَفَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ أَلاَ لا تَجْنِ نَفْسٌ عَلَى أُخْرَى، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَخْطُبُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: يَدُ الْمُعْطِي هِىَ الْعُليَا، أُمَّكَ وَأَبَاكَ، وَأُخْتَكَ وَأَخَاكَ ثُمَّ أَدْنَاكَ أَدْنَاكَ".
