[Machine] "To divorce her during her menstruation is more appropriate, and it is not against her commandment nor the tradition of the Prophet ﷺ . We have narrated in the book of divorce that she was divorced by her husband during the time of Uthman ibn Affan."  

البيهقي:١٥٦٠٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ اللَّخْمِيُّ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيلٍ الْعَنَزِيُّ نا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ نا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا فَأُمِرَتْ

أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ بِحَيْضَةٍ هَذَا أَصَحُّ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ مِنْ أَمْرِهَا وَلَا عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَقَدْ رَوَيْنَا فِي كِتَابِ الْخُلْعِ أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا زَمَنَ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ؓ
