البيهقي:١٥٣٩٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنا الرَّبِيعُ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ

إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فِي الْوَاحِدَةِ وَالثِّنْتَيْنِ
