[Machine] "He said regarding the one who divorces while he is sick, we still inherit her until he recovers or remarries. And if he remains for a year, Al-Shafi'i said, and others said, she inherits him as long as the waiting period has not expired. This was narrated from Umar ibn Al-Khattab with a chain of narration that is not established like it among the people of hadith."  

البيهقي:١٥١٣٠أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ أنا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ نا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَنِي شَيْخٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ؓ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي يُطَلِّقُ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ لَا نَزَالُ نُوَرِّثُهَا حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ أَوْ تَتَزَوَّجَ وَإِنْ مَكَثَ سَنَةً قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُمْ تَرِثُهُ مَا لَمْ تَنْقَضِ الْعِدَّةُ وَرَوَاهُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ بِإِسْنَادٍ لَا يَثْبُتُ مِثْلُهُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ
