[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding someone who has sexual intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, that he should give in charity one dinar or half a dinar.  

البيهقي:١٥١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَدَنِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ حَدَّثَنِي مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ أَنَّهُ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ هَكَذَا  

رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ مِقْسَمٍ إِنَّمَا سَمِعَهُ مِنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ
