البيهقي:١٥٠٥٠ – وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِهَا فَقَالَتْ أَنْتَ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ خَطَّأَ اللهُ نَوْءَهَا أَلَا طَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا ثَلَاثًا 15050 أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرَهُ وَرَوَاهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَبِيبٍ وَعَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ

عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَتَمَّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَالْحَسَنُ مَتْرُوكٌ
