[Machine] "And regarding Ata's statement, 'a cell and you are free from me, a pure woman and you are innocent from me, apparent and you are a daughter of mine,' it means that he acknowledges his responsibility for her. Likewise, Amr ibn Dinar has mentioned the same."  

البيهقي:١٥٠١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْفَقِيهُ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الشُّرَيْحِيُّ نا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ أنا شَرِيكٌ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَقَيْسٌ عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ دَجَاجَةَ قَالَ طَلَّقَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا أَنْتِ عَلَى حَرَجٍ قَالَ فَدَخَلَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَتَرَاهَا أَهْوَنَهُنَّ عَلَيَّ فَأَبَانَهَا مِنْهُ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ فَكَأَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ بِنِيَّةِ الْفِرَاقِ بِهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ وَعَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ فِي الْبَتَّةِ أَنَّهُ يَدِينُ فِيهَا

وَعَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ خَلِيَّةٌ وَخَلَوْتِ مِنِّي وَبَرِيَّةٌ وَبَرِئْتِ مِنِّي وَبَائِنَةٌ وَبِنْتِ مِنِّي أَنَّهُ يَدِينُ فِيهَا وَكَذَلِكَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ
