البيهقي:١٤٩٥٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْمُنَادِي نا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ نا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ أَنَّ بَطَّالًا كَانَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَطَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ أَلْفًا فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ

إِنَّمَا كُنْتُ أَلْعَبُ فَعَلَاهُ عُمَرُ ؓ بِالدِّرَّةِ وَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ لَيَكْفِيكَ ثَلَاثٌ
