البيهقي:١٤٦٧٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الطَّائِيُّ بِمَنْبِجَ نا فَرَجُ بْنُ رَوَاحَةَ الطَّائِيُّ الْمَنْبِجِيُّ نا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ كَرِهَ أَنْ يُنْثَرَ السُّكَّرُ وَقَالَ عَامِرٌ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ

وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَدْرَكْتُ رِجَالًا صَالِحِينَ إِذَا أَتَوْا بِالْمُسَكَّرِ وَضَعُوهُ وَكَرِهُوا أَنْ يُنْثَرُ
