[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you is called, let him respond; if he desires, he may come and if he desires, he may abstain."  

البيهقي:١٤٥٣٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا دُعِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُجِبْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَعِمَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ
