جَمَعْتُ الطَّرِيقَ رَكْبًا فَجَعَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ ثَيِّبٌ أَمْرَهَا بِيَدِ رَجُلٍ غَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ فَأَنْكَحَهَا فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ ؓ فَجَلَدَ النَّاكِحَ وَالْمُنْكِحَ وَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا
