مَا أَحَدٌ إِلَّا وَلَهُ فِي هَذَا الْمَالِ حَقٌّ أُعْطِيَهُ أَوْ مُنِعَهُ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ هَذَا هُوَ الْمَعْرُوفُ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ
