[Machine] If a man commands something, then it is obligatory upon him; whether it is a pilgrimage, expiation for breaking an oath, or restitution, it is taken from all his wealth.  

البيهقي:١٢٦٠٠قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِشَيْءٍ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَاجِبًا؛ حَجٌّ أَوْ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ أَوْ ظِهَارٌ فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ
