[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not permissible to make a bequest for an heir unless the heirs agree, except for a gift given by Al-Khurāsānī, who is not strong."  

البيهقي:١٢٥٣٥ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ الْمُهْتَدِي بِاللهِ ثنا أَبُو عُلَاثَةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْوَرَثَةُ عَطَاءٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ غَيْرُ قَوِيٍّ
