[Machine] "For the husband, he gets half. For the mother, she gets a third. And for the father, he gets a sixth. This ruling is attributed to al-Hasan ibn 'Umarah and has been narrated from another source with a disconnected chain."  

البيهقي:١٢٣٠٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أنا يَزِيدُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْجَزَّارِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ فِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ قَالَ

لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ وَلِلْأَبِ السُّدُسُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ مَتْرُوكٌ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مُنْقَطِعٍ
