[Machine] "To live in a dwelling that is neither harmful nor harmed by it, and if she becomes independent through a husband, then she has nothing." Abu 'Ubayd said: Al-Asma'i replied: "The divorced woman who is completely independent."  

البيهقي:١١٩٣٠أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ ثنا أَبُو يُوسُفَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ جَعَلَ دُورَهُ صَدَقَةً قَالَ وَلِلْمَرْدُودَةِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ

أَنْ تَسْكُنَ غَيْرَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا مُضَرٍّ بِهَا فَإِنِ اسْتَغْنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهَا قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ الْأَصْمَعِيُّ الْمَرْدُودَةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ

[Machine] Indeed, Zubayr made his endowment as a charity for his sons that cannot be sold or inherited. And it is that the return of it from his daughters should live in a dwelling that is neither harmful nor causing harm, and if she is self-sufficient with a husband, then he has no right [over her].  

الدارمي:٣٣٤٣أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ «جَعَلَ دُورَهُ صَدَقَةً عَلَى بَنِيهِ لَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا تُوَرَّثُ وَأَنَّ لِلْمَرْدُودَةِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ أَنْ تَسْكُنَ غَيْرَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا مُضَارٍّ بِهَا فَإِنْ هِيَ اسْتَغْنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ فَلَا حَقَّ لَهَا»
