[Machine] That he may not travel by sea, nor descend into a valley, nor buy a moist liver with it, for if he does, then he is responsible; he raised his condition to the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , and he approved it. 11612 And Abu Saad al-Malaini informed us, Abu Ahmad ibn Adi informed us, Abu Ya'la reported to us, Mishja' ibn Mus'ab reported to us, Abu al-Hakam reported to us, Yunus ibn Arqam al-Kindi mentioned the hadith similar to this. Abu al-Jarud Ziyad ibn al-Mundhir, who is a Kufan, weak, Yahya ibn Ma'in considered him a liar, and others weakened him.
أَنْ لَا يَسْلُكَ بِهِ بَحْرًا وَلَا يَنْزِلَ بِهِ وَادِيًا وَلَا يَشْتَرِيَ بِهِ ذَاتَ كَبِدٍ رَطْبَةٍ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ فَرَفَعَ شَرْطَهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَجَازَهُ 11612 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ أنبأ أَبُو يَعْلَى ثنا مِشْجَعُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ أَبُو الْحَكَمِ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ الْكِنْدِيُّ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ مِثْلَهُ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَبُو الْجَارُودِ زِيَادُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ وَهُوَ كُوفِيٌّ ضَعِيفٌ كَذَّبَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ وَضَعَّفَهُ الْبَاقُونَ
