[Machine] That it should not pass through a valley, nor be sold as an animal, nor carry it in a sea. If he did any of that, then he has guaranteed that money. He said: "So if his matter is exceeded, then the one who did that has guaranteed it, and a weak hadith has been narrated about it."  

البيهقي:١١٦١٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ مُحَمَّدٌ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَحَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَسَدِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَدْفَعُ الْمَالَ مُقَارَضَةً إِلَى الرَّجُلِ وَيَشْتَرِطُ عَلَيْهِ

أَنْ لَا يَمُرَّ بِهِ بَطْنَ وَادٍ وَلَا يَبْتَاعَ بِهِ حَيَوَانًا وَلَا يَحْمِلَهُ فِي بَحْرٍ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ ضَمِنَ ذَلِكَ الْمَالَ قَالَ فَإِذَا تَعَدَّى أَمْرَهُ ضَمِنَهُ مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِيهِ حَدِيثٌ مُسْنَدٌ ضَعِيفٌ
