البيهقي:١١٣٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمُرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ ثَمَانِيَةِ رَهْطٍ اغْتَسَلُوا مِنْ حَوْضٍ وَاحِدٍ أَحَدُهُمْ جُنُبٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ وَهَذَا إِنْ كَانُوا يَتَنَاوَلُونَهُ تَنَاوُلًا فَجَائِزٌ وَإِنْ كَانُوا يَنْغَمِسُونَ فِيهِ وَالْمَاءُ قُلَّتَانِ فَصَاعِدًا فَجَائِزٌ أَيْضًا وَإِنْ كَانَ أَقَلَّ فَبِانْغِمَاسِ جُنُبٍ فِيهِ يَصِيرُ مُسْتَعْمَلًا فَالْأَثَرُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى

أَنَّهُ لَا يَصِيرُ نَجِسًا وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
