[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "It is not permissible for a neighbor to prevent his neighbor from placing his sticks in his own wall." This is a hadith with a valid chain of narration, and likewise.  

البيهقي:١١٣٧٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ لِلْجَارِ أَنْ يَمْنَعَ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَ أَعْوَادَهُ فِي حَائِطِهِ هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَمَنْ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَأَخْرَجَهُ أَيْضًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْخِرِّيتِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الزُّبَيْرِ إِنْ شَاءَ وَإِنْ أَبَى وَخَالَفَهُمْ سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَجَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ فَرَوَيَاهُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
