البيهقي:١١٣٥٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الطُّوسِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ نا ابْنُ زَبَالَةَ ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا صُلْحًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا أَوْ حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَالِاعْتِمَادُ عَلَى رِوَايَتِهِ؛ فَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ زَبَالَةَ ضَعِيفٌ بِمَرَّةٍ وَرِوَايَةُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزَنِيِّ إِذَا انْضَمَّتْ إِلَى مَا قَبْلَهَا قَوِيَتَا
