[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ that he forbade a person from outbidding his brother in a purchase and from proposing marriage to a woman who has already been proposed to by his brother.  

البيهقي:١٠٨٩٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَا أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَسُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ يَسْتَامَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَأَنْ يَخْطُبَ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْهُمَا
