[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a person from outbidding his brother and mentioned other terms that have been previously mentioned in the chapter of trade.  

البيهقي:١٠٨٩٤ – مِنْهَا مَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ ثنا عَفَّانُ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يَسْتَامَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَذَكَرَ سَائِرَ الْأَلْفَاظِ الَّتِي قَدْ مَضَتْ فِي بَابِ التَّصْرِيَةِ
