[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade the sale of weapons during times of turmoil. This was informed to us by Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Ahmad ibn al-Hasan, who said: Abu al-Abbas, also known as al-Asamm, narrated to us, who narrated from Hasan ibn Mukram, who narrated from Yazid ibn Harun, that I (Bahrun al-Saqqaa) mentioned it. And Bahrun al-Saqqaa is a weak narrator, his narrations cannot be relied upon.  

البيهقي:١٠٧٨١وَإِنَّمَا يُعْرَفُ مَرْفُوعًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ بَحْرِ بْنِ كُنَيْزٍ السَّقَّاءِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْقِبْطِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيِّ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّلَاحِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا بَحْرٌ السَّقَّاءُ فَذَكَرَهُ وَبَحْرٌ السَّقَّاءُ ضَعِيفٌ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ
