[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ prohibited selling weapons during times of turmoil, considering it a deceitful act. The narration of this comes from Abu Raja, who said  

البيهقي:١٠٧٨٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ يَحْيَى إِمَامُ جَامِعِ قَرْقِيسِيَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ أنا أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّلَاحِ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ رَفْعُهُ وَهْمٌ وَالْمَوْقُوفُ أَصَحُّ وَيُرْوَى ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ
