[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits until their ripeness is evident and selling dates before they are ripe. Abdullah narrated to us that Zaid bin Thabit told us that the Prophet ﷺ permitted the selling of male camels of the age of 10648 (months). And Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us that Abu Amr bin Abi Ja'far narrated to me that Abu Ya'la told us that Zuhair bin Harb narrated to us that Sufyan mentioned him.

البيهقي:١٠٦٤٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَرْخَصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا 10648 وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ أنا أَبُو يَعْلَى ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ فَذَكَرَهُ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ وَغَيْرِهِ

[Machine] The Prophet does not send anyone away from their request until the last thing he does is go to the Kaaba. Abu al-Hasan ibn Abdan narrated to us that Ahmad ibn Ubayd narrated to us that Ibrahim ibn Salih al-Shirazi narrated to us that Said narrated to us that Sufyan narrated to us. And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz narrated to us that Abu Amr ibn Abi Ja'far narrated to me that Abu Ya'la narrated to us that Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us that Sufyan ibn Uyaynah mentioned the hadith in a similar way.

البيهقي:٩٧٤٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّاسُ يَنْصَرِفُونَ فِي كُلِّ وَجْهٍ فَقَالَ

النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَا يَنْفِرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ 9745 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الشِّيرَازِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدٌ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ أنبأ أَبُو يَعْلَى ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْو مِنْ مَعْنَاهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the sale of Gharar (ambiguous transactions) and the sale of stones. Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us, Abu Bakr ibn Balawiyyah narrated to us, Musa ibn Harun told me that Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us, and Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Ubaidullah who said: Abu Zinad mentioned it in a similar way.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَصَاةِ 10873 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ بَالَوَيْهِ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزِّنَادِ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ
