[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is injured or is sick, then he is allowed to perform Hajj from the place that he is able to reach." 'Ikrima said: "So I informed Ibn Abbas and Abu Hurayrah, and they said: 'Al-Hajjaj has spoken the truth and its meaning.'"

البيهقي:١٠٠٩٩ – أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقَطِيعِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْحَجَّاجَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو الْأَنْصَارِيَّ عَنْ حَبْسِ الْمُسْلِمِ فَقَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كُسِرَ أَوْ عُرِجَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ فَحَدَّثْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَقَالَا صَدَقَ الْحَجَّاجُ وَبِمَعْنَاهُ

رَوَاهُ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ وَرَوَاهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ الْحَجَّاجُ الصَّوَّافُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَثْبَتُ 10100 أَخْبَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمَدِينِيِّ فَذَكَرَهُ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَقَدْ حَمَلَهُ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِنْ صَحَّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يَحِلُّ بَعْدَ فَوَاتِهِ بِمَا يَحِلُّ بِمَنْ يَفُوتُهُ الْحَجُّ بِغَيْرِ مَرَضٍ فَقَدْ رُوِّينَا عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ثَابِتًا عَنْهُ قَالَ لَا حَصْرَ إِلَّا حَصْرَ عَدُوٍّ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
