[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ ruled regarding the ostrich eggs that if a prohibited man breaks it, he must fast for a day for every egg. The Sheikh said, "This is how it is."  

البيهقي:١٠٠١٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو قُرَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَكَمَ فِي بِيضِ النَّعَامِ كَسَرَهُ رَجُلٌ مُحْرِمٌ صِيَامَ يَوْمٍ لِكُلِّ بَيْضَةٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ هَكَذَا  

رَوَاهُ أَبُو قُرَّةَ مُوسَى بْنُ طَارِقٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ وَهِشَامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَهُوَ الصَّحِيحُ قَالَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ السِّجِسْتَانِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ
