"Truffles are the earth's smallpox." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Truffles are a form of manna, and its liquid is a cure for the eye. Al-'Ajwah is from Paradise, and it contains a cure for poison." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2068)   

أحمد:٨٦٨١حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ يَزِيدَ الْعَطَّارَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ تَذَاكَرُوا الْكَمَأَةَ فَقَالُوا هِيَ جُدَرِيُّ الْأَرْضِ وَمَا نَرَى أَكْلَهَا يَصْلُحُ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ الْكَمَأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ وَالْعَجْوَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَهِيَ شِفَاءٌ مِنَ السُّمِّ

“We used to narrate from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mention truffles, and they said: ‘(It is) the smallpox of the earth.’ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was told of what they were saying: he said: ‘Truffles are a type of manna, and the Ajwah are from Paradise, and they are a healing from poison.’”

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ came out to them while they were mentioning the 'kam'ah' and some of them were saying, "The 'judari' of the earth." The Prophet ﷺ said, "The 'kam'ah' is from manna and its water is a cure for the eyes, and the 'ajwa' is from paradise and it is a cure for poison."
