[Machine] In English, it translates to: "Verily, the Prophet ﷺ used to raise his hands parallel to his shoulders when saying the takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar) and when initiating the prayer, as well as when going into ruku' (bowing) and when going into sujud (prostration)."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ حِينَ يُكَبِّرُ وَيَفْتَتِحُ الصَّلَاةَ وَحِينَ يَرْكَعُ وَحِينَ يَسْجُدُ

“I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raising his hands during prayer until they were parallel with his shoulders when he started to pray, when he bowed and when he prostrated.”

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ حِينَ يَفْتَتِحُ الصَّلاَةَ وَحِينَ يَرْكَعُ وَحِينَ يَسْجُدُ

My father said, "Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise both his hands up to the level of his shoulders when opening the prayer; and on saying the Takbir for bowing. And on raising his head from bowing he used to do the same and then say "Samiʿa l-lahu liman hamidah, Rabbana wa laka l-hamd." And he did not do that (i.e. raising his hands) in prostrations.
