ahmad:5327 – Asbāṭ b. Muḥammad > ʿAbd al-Malik

[Machine] That Allah will look upon you on the Day of Resurrection?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Then raise your garment, for indeed I heard Aba Al-Qasim ﷺ pointing with his finger to his ears and saying, 'Whoever drags his garment out of arrogance, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection.'"  

أحمد:٥٣٢٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَنَّاقٍ قَالَكُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فِي مَجْلِسِ بَنِي عَبْدِ اللهِ فَمَرَّ فَتًى مُسْبِلًا إِزَارَهُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَدَعَاهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ مِمَّنْ أَنْتَ؟ فَقَالَ مِنْ بَنِي بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ تُحِبُّ

أَنْ يَنْظُرَ اللهُ تَعَالَى إِلَيْكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ ارْفَعْ إِزَارَكَ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ وَأَوْمَأَ بِإِصْبَعِهِ إِلَى أُذُنَيْهِ يَقُولُ مَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ لَا يُرِيدُ إِلَّا الْخُيَلَاءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

[Machine] “Is it that Allah will look at you on the Day of Judgment?” He replied, “Yes.” The Prophet ﷺ said, “Then raise your lower garment. Verily, I heard Abu Al-Qasim ﷺ say with both of his ears and he inclined with his fingers to his ears, ‘Whoever lets his lower garment hang below his ankles out of pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Judgment.’”  

أحمد:٦١٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَنَّاقَ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فِي مَجْلِسِ بَنِي عَبْدِ اللهِ بِمَكَّةَ فَمَرَّ عَلَيْنَا فَتًى مُسْبِلٌ إِزَارَهُ فَقَالَ هَلُمَّ يَا فَتَى فَأَتَاهُ فَقَالَ مَنْ أَنْتَ؟ قَالَ أَنَا أَحَدُ بَنِي بَكْرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ أَتُحِبُّ

أَنْ يَنْظُرَ اللهُ إِلَيْكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَارْفَعْ إِزَارَكَ إِذًا فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ يَقُولُ بِأُذُنَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ وَأَهْوَى بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ إِلَى أُذُنَيْهِ يَقُولُ مَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ لَا يُرِيدُ بِهِ إِلَّا الْخُيَلَاءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ  

nasai-kubra:9641 – Ismāʿīl b. Masʿūd > Khālid > ʿAbd al-Malik > Muslim / Ibn Yannāq

[Machine] I heard Abu Al-Qasim ﷺ with my own ears, and he pointed his fingers to his ears, saying, "Whoever drags his garment without intending anything but pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٦٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ يَنَّاقٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ بِأُذُنَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ وَأَوْمَأَ بِإِصْبُعَيْهِ إِلَى أُذُنَيْهِ يَقُولُ «مَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ وَهُوَ لَا يُرِيدُ بِهِ يَعْنِي إِلَّا الْخُيَلَاءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
