ahmad:5272Rawḥ > Ḥanẓalah > Sālim And Suʾil > a man Ṭallaq Āmraʾatah Wahī Ḥāʾiḍ

[Machine] It is not permissible for Ibn Umar to divorce his wife while she is menstruating. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered him to reconcile with her, so he reconciled with her.  

أحمد:٥٢٧٢حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا وَسُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضُ؟ فَقَالَ

لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَّقَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا فَرَاجَعَهَا

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he divorced his wife when she was menstruating, and the Messenger of Allah told him to take her back.
